What is Outsourcing?

Outsourcing is the use of third parties to provide a variety of business services normally performed within a corporation. These services are often functions outside the core competencies of the corporation, while the third party often has particular expertise in providing that service. Data entry and payroll processing were the first business processes outsourced, while now human resource management, recruiting, facilities and real estate management, information technology, data mining and accounting functions are often outsourced. Synonymous with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).

Outsourcing non-core business processes to specialist BPO firms frees a corporation’s scarce resources to be utilized in their core competencies. Utilizing BPO firms also increases staffing flexibility, whether due to business conditions or seasonality. BPO firms have expertise in certain fields, so they are usually early adopters of new technologies and methodologies, passing the benefits of these improvements and advancements on to their clients, making them more competitive in the global marketplace. Is Outsourcing Right for You?

An extensive commitment is required to reap the full benefits of outsourcing. An honest assessment should first be made as to whether the function to be outsourced: is a core competency of the firm; mandates developing the expertise internally; requires resources available internally or new resources to be acquired; uses technologies that change or evolve frequently; and can be performed remotely. Management must weigh these factors, then decide if they are comfortable entrusting provision of these services to a third party. What services do we offer?

CService Direct offers a range of extremely cost-effective service solutions designed to fit the needs of small and medium business enterprises (SMEs). These offerings include the Answering Service, Customer Service and Technical Support packages designed to satisfy business needs and provide reliable solutions with a minimum of fuss. Customized solutions packages can also be developed to meet specific business requirements.

What is the Service Level Agreement (SLA)?

CService Direct will offer a standard Service Level Agreement (SLA) of 80% of all calls answered within 30 seconds and emails will be sent a response within 24 hours of their receipt.

Can I customize your service to fit my business?

The basic service packages are designed to satisfy general business requirements. Specific service add-ons can be purchased as desired to enhance the basic service package, though these are priced separately (see below). In addition, custom packages can be developed based on specific business requirements, though custom service solutions are priced differently than the standard service packages.

The basic service solution provides for one dedicated agent working eight (8) hours per day, five (5) days per week. However, clients may choose to employ multiple agents, extend the operating hours and/or operate for additional days. The service solutions can accommodate up to 24/7 operation for any number of agents, though the pricing will be adjusted based on the actual number of agents and operating period utilized.

How much do these services cost?

The basic service solutions are priced to fit the budgets of SMEs, starting at $799 per month for the Live Answering Service; $999 per month for Customer Service; and $1299 per month for Technical Support. The pricing for the basic service provides for one dedicated agent working eight (8) hours per day, five (5) days per week. Pricing will be adjusted for multiple agents, extended hours and additional days, up to 24/7 service. Also, specific service add-ons can be purchased as desired to enhance the basic service package and are priced individually. The cost of customized service solutions will be determined based on the specific services and requirements specified in final configuration.

Are Agents with specialized skill sets available?
CService Direct agents are highly skilled and competent professionals with a wide range of functional skills and industry expertise, therefore our agents are capable of performing customer service and technical support skills for virtually any business. If the client requires highly specialized skills or expertise, we can provide agents with these capabilities at additional costs. Nurses, doctors, civil, electrical or mechanical engineers, CAD artists, multimedia artists, cartoonists, and other specialized professionals are available.

How long does it take to get started?

Once the contract is signed, the Service Questionnaire must be completed by the client, then submitted for review and preparation. Generally it takes 3-5 days to prepare for launch of a new service. After mutually agreement is reached on the service parameters, the first month’s payment should be made. Once confirmation of the payment is received, the service will launch within 24 hours.

What are the terms of the contract?

CService Direct is making a special offer for a three (3) month Trial without Set-up Fees. At the end of the trial period, the contract can be renewed for nine (9) months at the same low, monthly rate or be allowed to expire without further obligation. Subsequent renewals will be made annually (12-months) at the anniversary date of the contract. The contract can be cancelled at any time for any reason with 30 days notice.
